Williams, the Association of Urban Independent Music, Inc (A.U.I.M.) consists of a board of executives, working together to provide essential information, processes, and techniques, aimed to enhance the quality of life of independent entertainers around the word.

A.U.I.M. is an organization that is dedicated to embracing confidence and courage when it comes to the business of entertainment, because we care, and we lead by example, to help talented entertainers become successful entrepreneurs, who will do the same for generations to come.
