Sponsor opportunities will be offered to media outlets, local businesses, and corporations and non-profits, who wish to make a difference, and gain brand recognition for their product and/or services, through onsite and pre-marketing advertising through Association of Urban Independent Music programs and events, in return for services rendered and financial support.

A.U.I.M. reserves the right to dissociate itself with any member at any time for acts of unethical conduct related to business or community, or any other matter with which A.U.I.M. feels inappropriate, or conflicting to the needs of musicians, community, or the organization, and may do so temporarily or indefinitely, at the sole discretion of founding members, and board of directors thereafter, without refund of any scheduled or prepaid fees. All members are to conduct themselves accordingly in public both in and outside of A.U.I.M. events.
